SOLD 🎉 Buyers represented by @carolfarrar The SOLD 🎉 Buyers represented by @carolfarrar These buyers came to us with a challenge. They were just given 60 days notice by their landlord which meant they needed to find a place quick. 😅They had always wanted to buy a home but weren’t sure if they could make it happen on such a short time frame. After an hour zoom session we made a plan and immediately connected them with one of our preferred lenders, @celestemayer. She was able to turn around their preapproval with lighting speed and the search process began. One offer made with no success. Then this place came up for sale and it hit all the checkboxes for them but it also attracted dozens of buyers. We came out on top after a multiple counter offer and escrow was opened. 21 days later, this beautiful house is now their lovely home. 😍 No double move for our clients and they can take their time before they settle in. Just another example of how we help our clients reach their goals. 😃 If you’re in the market to buy a home or thinking about making a move, we should talk. Things are not like they used to be and in a high demand low supply market you need a seasoned professional to guide you. We help our clients strategize and position them to win the home of their dreams! #buyingahome #escondidorealestate #sandiegohomes #resourcefulrealtor #1850realty

Congratulations to our clients Ruthie and Wayne! 🥳 They recently closed on their new home and they couldn’t be happier! 😁 Originally when we saw this home they had made an offer that was not accepted. They were really bummed but we kept looking and it wasn’t until about three weeks later that we got the call about the house coming back on the market. 😱 Their offer was presented as a back up and they got it!! The thing about this market is sometimes it could take more than one try to get the home you want. Always put your best foot forward!
