Puppy Love 5K – Calling all dog lovers and outdoor enthusiasts! Sign up for the Puppy Love 5k on Sunday, March 18th at 7am. Day trip to Ramona Valley Wine Country – Did you know that Ramona has received it’s own designation as a wine region? The Ramona Valley AVA is growing in popularity with over 24 vineyards to visit. Take a Sunday drive out on East Hwy 78 towards San Pasqual Valley, plan a day of touring a couple vineyard tasting rooms while soaking in the valley views. The Vintage Marketplace in Rainbow – Friday March 9th and Saturday March 10th from 9-3pm the “Vintage Blooms” event celebrates Spring! 70 plus vendors, vintage & handmade shows, plus food and baked goods. Admission is $5.00, parking is free, military discount available with ID. Event is supporting the Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, and Friends of the Valley. Bring your donations to the event and you will be entered to win 4 admission tickets for the June event. The event takes place at the “Antique Gas & Steam Engine Museum” in Vista, California. Hops in the Hills – Come and have a great time at “Hops in the hills” beer Festival in San Marcos! All proceeds will be donated to the San Elijo Elementary and Double Peak Schools. There will be IPAs and other hop-forward beers to taste; amazing food, and music playing all afternoon. Saturday, March 10, 2018, from 3pm – 6pm. The event includes 20+ local breweries, tickets are $50 for unlimited tastings and $35 for designated drivers. Each ticket includes an exclusive “Hops in the Hills” souvenir cup!
