Activating the Listing
In times past, activating the listing simply meant listing it with the local multiple listing service, or MLS. Today, that is but one step in a multifaceted phase to begin marketing of your property. What does 1850 Realty do differently?
We build a full online strategy coupled with offline tangibles. We start by inputting your property and images into the MLS, so other agents can view it instantly. We then build a custom web page with photos and videos, complete with an address specific URL. Check out BellaVitaWay.com for an example. Once that is finished, we push the marketing to Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter, Youtube, Pinterest and Instagram. Anywhere potential buyers are, we want to be in front of them!
After that is all built out, we have our graphic designer put together a unique flyer to mail and deliver to the surrounding area and our client base. We couple this with an Open House schedule, to maximize traffic and potential offers. Going above and beyond the norm achieves results.
