Prices are continuing to flatten.
Last month we saw the median price go down to $636,000 from $650,000.
This month we are reporting stabilization with the statistics showing the median price at $635,000. The activity is still steadily moving along with a short 32 days on the market (1 day less than the prior month) and with 1005 homes sold in August for North County that is actually 35 more homes than in July.
The trend is still showing that inventory is limited but houses aren’t taking very long to sell especially if they are priced properly and staged to attract the quality buyers looking to make their next move.
Are you thinking about selling but not sure where to start?
