3rd Annual “Trek-or-Treat” fundraiser in Oceanside! Funds raised go towards the annual holiday party for people with developmental disabilities, their families and support staff. All participants will receive a Halloween treat bag and a small token of achievement upon completion of the walk. There will also be prizes for the best costumes and largest donations!
The Devils Playground Haunted House in San Marcos! Come by and be prepared to witness the most intense production of sound, lighting and acting that San Diego County has to offer! 8pm-Midnight 27th, 29th & 30th!
Trick-or-Treat in San Marcos! Each restaurant at Old California Restaurant Row will be giving away a free treat. Be sure to stop by the registration table – located between Big John’s Rhythm City Grill and Canapés for your free treat bag.
12th Annual Dia De Los Muertos at Old Mission San Luis Rey in Oceanside! The Mission will come alive with entertainment, carnival rides and vendors at this FREE family-friendly event! Your children will be entertained all day with a variety of craft activities and exciting carnival rides. Only $5 per car to park!
Once Upon a Hallowe’en in Poway! Children will delight in playing a variety of carnival-type games, racing ducks in the Fountain and making a Hallowe’en “Haunt” to take home as a remembrance of this magical evening. There is also a Carved Pumpkin Contest, see link for details on how to enter.
Mission Hills Church in San Marcos will host “Trunk or Treat” from 6-8pm! This is a safe environment where children of all ages can go from “trunk to trunk” in our church parking lot and collect candy and play games…a great alternative to going from door-to-door with the kids. Please note: Family Friendly Costumes Only. **Hot Dogs & Bottled Water Available for a Small Fee**
Safe Trick or Treat in Encinitas from 5-8pm! A stretch of South Coast Hwy 101, from Encinitas Blvd. to K street, is converted to Pumpkin Lane, featuring elaborately carved pumpkins at different viewing locations. There will be a kids zone, trick or treating at local businesses, and more!
